We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Planning Operations Program Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and program management within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and programs
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress against strategic goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic objectives
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives to optimize business processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic initiatives
- Manage the budget for strategic planning and operations programs, ensuring cost-effective delivery of projects
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or program management within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing strategic projects and programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
