Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Social Worker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the agriculture sector and a passion for helping individuals struggling with substance abuse issues. As a Substance Abuse Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals dealing with addiction and substance abuse problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals struggling with substance abuse
- Develop treatment plans and provide counseling services to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to coordinate care for clients
- Provide education and support to families of individuals dealing with substance abuse issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of substance abuse treatment
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Licensed Social Worker in the UAE
