We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Social Worker to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse issues and will be committed to providing support and guidance to help them overcome their challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals struggling with substance abuse issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique circumstances
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address underlying issues contributing to substance abuse
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and counselors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services to aid in their recovery process
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Licensed Social Worker in the state of Dubai
- [Random number] years of experience working with individuals with substance abuse issues
- Strong understanding of addiction and recovery principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
