Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team in the construction sector in Dubai. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain operations, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that they meet company standards and project requirements. Conduct regular performance assessments and audits.

- Forecasting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with project managers to forecast material and equipment needs for construction projects. Monitor inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of resources while minimizing excess stock.

- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on supply chain performance metrics, including cost analysis, delivery timelines, and supplier performance. Utilize data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, project management, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and industry standards. Identify potential risks within the supply chain and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to supply chain management. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics in the construction sector.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with local and international supply chain regulations and compliance standards.
