Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Sustainability Operations Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and programs to drive environmental and social responsibility within our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve social responsibility within our real estate portfolio.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability goals into daily operations and long-term planning.
3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sustainability, including energy consumption, waste management, and water usage.
4. Manage sustainability certifications and compliance requirements, such as LEED and Estidama, for our properties.
5. Identify and implement innovative sustainability solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of our real estate operations.
6. Engage with stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and government entities, to promote sustainable practices and drive positive change.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to continuously improve our sustainability programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and certifications, such as LEED and Estidama.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
