We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility, with a background in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and programs to reduce the environmental impact of our operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability goals and targets are met
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to sustainability and report findings to senior management
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to sustainability and advise on compliance and best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of sustainability coordinators and analysts to drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies, to promote sustainability initiatives and partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to share best practices and learn from others in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability program management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure sustainability performance
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards, such as ISO 14001 and LEED, preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
