We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Program Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability programs within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to reduce environmental impact and drive positive social change within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into business operations and decision-making processes
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure the effectiveness of sustainability programs and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of environmental stewardship
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners, to promote awareness and participation in sustainability efforts
- Prepare and deliver reports on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators to senior management and external stakeholders
- Manage budget and resources allocated to sustainability programs, ensuring efficient use and maximum impact

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability program management, preferably within the Information Technology industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others to adopt sustainable practices
- Knowledge of local and international regulations and standards related to sustainability and environmental management
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, such as GRI or CDP, is a plus
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred
