We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainability programs within our construction projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and initiatives for construction projects in line with local regulations and global best practices.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable design and construction practices into project plans and specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to promote sustainability initiatives and build awareness of environmental issues.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, such as energy consumption, waste generation, and water usage, to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with sustainability certification programs, such as LEED or BREEAM, is a plus.
