We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Operations Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Talent Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, management, and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Develop and implement performance management processes to assess employee performance and drive continuous improvement
- Identify training and development needs within the organization and design programs to address those needs
- Analyze employee engagement data and develop strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in the UAE

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
