We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, as well as experience in talent management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the transportation and logistics industry
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in talent management and operations, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
