We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Operations Manager to join our Healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent management and operations within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top healthcare professionals
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the performance review process and provide guidance on career development and training opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop succession planning strategies
- Analyze workforce data and trends to make informed decisions on talent initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to talent management
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality talent operations services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in talent management and operations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
