We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technology Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Support end users with IT-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and systems
- Assist in the development and implementation of technology projects
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory
- Provide training and support to employees on technology usage

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of consumer goods industry is a plus
