We are seeking a talented and experienced Television Producer to join our team in Dubai. The Television Producer will be responsible for overseeing the production of educational television programs that cater to a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in television production, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating engaging and informative content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and pitch ideas for educational television programs that align with the company's mission and goals
- Work closely with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop scripts and storyboards
- Manage the production budget and schedule to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with talent, crew, and vendors to ensure smooth production processes
- Oversee post-production activities, including editing, sound mixing, and color correction
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to promote and distribute finished programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to ensure high-quality production values
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior production staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Television Production, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in television production, with a focus on educational programming
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Avid Media Composer
- Knowledge of television production equipment and techniques
- Familiarity with broadcast standards and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
