Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Development: Collaborate with writers, directors, and technical experts to develop engaging and informative scripts and storylines that resonate with the target audience in the IT sector.

- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of production from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and managing production timelines.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, including camera operators, editors, and sound technicians. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high production standards.

- Technical Oversight: Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends in the IT industry to effectively integrate them into production. Collaborate with technical experts to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.

- Quality Control: Review and approve all content before it is aired to ensure it meets the company’s standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance with broadcasting regulations.

- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IT industry, including companies, experts, and influencers, to facilitate collaborations and enhance the credibility of programs.

- Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for each program, utilizing social media and other platforms to maximize viewership and engagement.

- Audience Engagement: Monitor audience feedback and ratings to assess the impact of programming and make adjustments for future content, ensuring alignment with viewer preferences and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in television production, preferably with a focus on Information Technology or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully producing high-quality television programs.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies and market trends.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
