We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Theater Manager Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for theater and entertainment, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Theater Manager in overseeing all operations of the theater, including scheduling, ticketing, and customer service.
- Manage and coordinate events, performances, and productions within the theater.
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote upcoming shows and events.
- Assist in managing budgets and financial transactions related to theater operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary equipment and supplies.
- Ensure the theater maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in managing and leading a team of theater staff, including ushers, ticket sellers, and technical crew.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing safety and security protocols within the theater.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in theater management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and theater management software.
- Knowledge of financial transactions and budget management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
