We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Theater Manager Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the theater and retail industry, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Theater Manager in day-to-day operations of the theater, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and customer service
- Coordinate and supervise theater events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage inventory and supplies for the theater, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote theater events and increase ticket sales
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the theater
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a cohesive and successful operation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Theater Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Business, or related field
