Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Title Abstractor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Title Abstractor in the agriculture industry, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing property titles to ensure clear ownership and legal rights for agricultural land.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on property titles, deeds, and related documents
- Identify any issues or discrepancies in title documents
- Interpret legal descriptions of properties
- Verify ownership of agricultural land
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive title reports
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to provide updates on title research
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations related to property titles in the agriculture industry

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a Title Abstractor or similar role
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
