We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Title Abstractor to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The Title Abstractor will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of property titles to ensure that the manufacturing facility is legally sound and free of any encumbrances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on property titles, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other legal documents
- Analyze and interpret title documents to identify any issues or discrepancies that may affect the manufacturing facility
- Verify the legal description of the property and ensure that it matches the information provided in the title documents
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports summarizing the findings of the title search
- Collaborate with legal counsel, surveyors, and other stakeholders to resolve any title issues or discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property titles and real estate transactions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, or a related field
- [X] years of experience as a Title Abstractor or similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of property law, real estate transactions, and title research methods
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in conducting online research and using title search databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
