Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Title Abstractor to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of property titles and related documents to support our healthcare operations in Dubai. The Title Abstractor will play a critical role in ensuring that all title documents are accurate and compliant with local laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive title searches by reviewing public records, legal documents, and historical data to identify ownership, liens, encumbrances, and any other factors that may affect property titles related to healthcare facilities.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and contracts, to summarize findings and prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and real estate departments to ensure all title-related matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate records of title searches and document findings in a clear and organized manner, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in resolving title issues or discrepancies by communicating with relevant parties, including property owners, lenders, and government agencies.
- Stay informed about changes in local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance to the team.
- Support the acquisition and leasing processes for healthcare properties by providing timely and accurate title information to facilitate decision-making.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance professional skills and knowledge of title research processes and healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title abstracting or a related role within the healthcare or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of title examination processes and real estate laws, particularly in the context of healthcare facilities.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using title search software and other relevant technology tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and healthcare regulations is a plus.
