We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Tour Guide Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating a team of tour guides to ensure exceptional customer service and memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of tour guides, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure tour guides are knowledgeable about the products, services, and history of the retail location
- Monitor tour guide performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Coordinate and schedule tours, ensuring that all logistical details are handled efficiently
- Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise during tours, resolving them in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tour attendance, feedback, and any incidents that occur
- Collaborate with other departments to promote and market tours, as well as develop new tour offerings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in tour guiding and customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Sharjah's history, culture, and attractions
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
