We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Operator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and organizing tours to various pharmaceutical facilities and research centers in and around Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize tours for pharmaceutical professionals to visit pharmaceutical companies, research centers, and other relevant facilities in Dubai
- Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and activities for tour participants
- Develop detailed itineraries and schedules for each tour, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Serve as the main point of contact for tour participants, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after the tour
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies and research centers to arrange visits and presentations for tour groups
- Ensure all tours comply with relevant regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry
- Monitor tour budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines
- Collect feedback from tour participants and use it to improve future tours and offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in tour operations or event planning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related facilities in Dubai
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
