We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Tour Guide Supervisor in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for leading a team of tour guides to provide informative and engaging tours of our properties to potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of tour guides, ensuring they are providing high-quality tours to visitors
- Train new tour guides on company policies, property details, and customer service best practices
- Develop and implement tour scripts and materials to ensure consistency and accuracy in information provided to visitors
- Monitor tour guide performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tours and attract more visitors to our properties
- Maintain inventory and supplies for tours, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and readily available
- Assist in organizing special events and tours to showcase properties in a unique and memorable way

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a tour guide or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sharjah's real estate market and key attractions
- Fluent in English and Arabic, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
