We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah, in the manufacturing industry. As a Tour Guide Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the tour guide team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of tour guides, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide informative and engaging tours to visitors.
- Develop and implement tour scripts, routes, and schedules to optimize the visitor experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that tours are aligned with the overall manufacturing process and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of tour guides, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving any issues that may arise during tours.
- Maintain accurate records of tour attendance, feedback, and any incidents that occur.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote tours and attract new visitors.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
