We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in coordinating training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Training Coordinator in organizing and scheduling training sessions for employees in the IT department
- Coordinate with trainers and vendors to ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for training sessions
- Maintain training records and track attendance for all training sessions
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations as needed
- Provide logistical support for training events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Communicate with employees to gather feedback on training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for enhancements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a training or coordination role in the IT industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
