We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator Assistant to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. The Training Coordinator Assistant will work closely with the Training Coordinator to support the development and implementation of training programs for our retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions for retail staff
- Maintain training records and track employee progress
- Assist in creating training materials and presentations
- Communicate training schedules and updates to staff
- Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as needed
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
- Provide administrative support for training initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination or related role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail operations is a plus
