We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and a passion for training and development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees in the agriculture sector
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure all employees receive necessary training
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized programs
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and incorporate them into our programs
- Oversee the training team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and present training reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Training, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training operations
- Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and team management skills
