We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Operations Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The Training Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all training programs and operations within the retail department, ensuring that all employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for retail employees, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
