Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Transportation Assistant will be responsible for supporting the transportation needs of our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation schedules for students and staff
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of school vehicles
- Monitor and track transportation expenses
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Liaise with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient services
- Assist in the development of transportation policies and procedures
- Handle any transportation-related issues or emergencies as they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in transportation management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
