We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Manager to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the agricultural industry. The Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all transportation operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of agricultural products to various locations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes for the delivery of agricultural products
- Manage a team of drivers and logistics staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor transportation costs and budget to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Maintain and update transportation records and reports
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to optimize transportation processes
- Implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce environmental impact
- Troubleshoot any transportation issues that may arise and implement solutions in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in the agricultural industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in transportation management software and tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
