Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our finance team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company�s treasury operations, ensuring liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks associated with our operations in the region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management:
- Monitor cash flow and conduct regular cash forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Manage daily cash positioning and optimize cash reserves to support business operations.

2. Funding and Liquidity:
- Develop and implement funding strategies to meet short-term and long-term liquidity requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure financing options.

3. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
- Implement hedging strategies to mitigate exposure to market fluctuations.

4. Investment Management:
- Oversee the investment of surplus cash in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.

5. Treasury Operations:
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate treasury operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking activities.

6. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, and operations, to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor�s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or a related financial role, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, and financial risk management principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel and treasury management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
