We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underwriting Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the underwriting operations for our Consumer Goods division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the underwriting process
- Manage a team of underwriters and provide leadership, guidance, and training as needed
- Review and analyze underwriting data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment of underwriting strategies with business goals
- Monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Handle complex underwriting cases and provide guidance on risk assessment and pricing decisions
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the underwriting department
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact underwriting operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in underwriting operations in the Consumer Goods industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of underwriting software and systems
- Professional certification in underwriting is a plus
