We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underwriting Operations Manager to join our manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the underwriting operations within the organization, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to support the underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies and policies to ensure profitability and growth of the business
- Manage the underwriting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team performance and objectives are met
- Analyze underwriting data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance, risk management, and claims to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals
- Monitor underwriting results and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Handle complex underwriting cases and provide approval for high-risk or specialized policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
