Position: Urban Forester
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urban Forester to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the urban forest within our telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement urban forestry programs to enhance the green infrastructure of the city
- Conduct tree inventories and assessments to identify tree health and maintenance needs
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and permits
- Monitor and manage the health and growth of trees within the telecommunications network
- Implement tree care and maintenance practices to improve the overall aesthetic and environmental benefits of the urban forest
- Develop and implement tree planting initiatives to increase green spaces in the city
- Provide education and outreach to the community on the importance of urban forestry and tree conservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in urban forestry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and maintenance practices
- Experience with tree inventory software and GIS mapping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations within the city
