We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Researcher to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving user experiences within the education sector and a strong background in user research methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of students, teachers, and other stakeholders in the education sector
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and focus groups
- Analyze research findings to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product development
- Champion a user-centered design approach throughout the organization
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in user experience research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in user experience research
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and tools
- Experience working in the education sector is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
