Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for understanding user needs and behaviors within the retail sector. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the design and development of our products and services, ensuring that they meet the expectations and requirements of our customers. Your insights will help shape the overall user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights about user behaviors, needs, and motivations within the retail environment.
- Design and execute user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies.
- Analyze research findings and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to inform product design and development processes.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks that illustrate user needs and pain points.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research and retail technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of user experience metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of design solutions and overall user satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in user experience research, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven experience in a variety of research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and ethnographic studies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in research tools and software, such as UserTesting, Lookback, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
