We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The Venue Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue, including managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Coordinate and oversee all events held at the venue, including conferences, workshops, and training sessions
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
- Monitor and analyze venue performance metrics, such as attendance and revenue, and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination between departments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
- Manage budget and expenses effectively to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in venue management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering results
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
