We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee all aspects of our pharmaceutical event space in Abu Dhabi. The Venue Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the venue, managing a team of staff, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the venue, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in working order
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful events
- Hire, train, and supervise venue staff, including event coordinators, security personnel, and maintenance workers
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the venue and attract new clients
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as attendance, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve venue operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- [5-8] years of experience in venue management, event planning, or a related role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
