We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Operations Program Manager to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including but not limited to production planning, quality control, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on operational performance and project milestones.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
