Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual design strategies for construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to create design concepts and presentations
- Manage a team of visual designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to source materials and resources for design projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual design to drive innovation and creativity in projects
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure design milestones are met on time and within budget
- Present design proposals and updates to project stakeholders, including senior management and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, architecture, or a related field
