Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Design Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Visual Design Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of visual design projects within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage visual design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain visual design standards and guidelines for the manufacturing industry
- Drive innovation and creativity in visual design concepts and executions
- Manage and mentor a team of visual designers, providing guidance and feedback to support their professional growth
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
