We are looking for a talented Visual Design Program Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. As a Visual Design Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of visual merchandising programs across our retail locations in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives
- Manage a team of visual designers and merchandisers to execute visual merchandising programs in-store
- Oversee the creation of visual merchandising materials, including signage, displays, and fixtures
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual design and retail merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
