We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Voice Coach Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. As a Voice Coach Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Voice Coach in providing training and support to employees on voice technology applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Voice Coach in developing and delivering training programs on voice technology applications and systems.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to employees on voice technology best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, guides, and resources for voice technology users.
- Coordinate with IT team members to ensure smooth integration and implementation of voice technology solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to the Voice Coach for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest voice technology trends and developments to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Provide support to employees experiencing technical issues with voice technology applications and systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- [X] years of experience in voice technology or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of voice technology applications and systems.
