Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Voice Coach Assistant to join our team in the vibrant retail sector of Dubai. This unique role combines elements of customer service, training, and performance coaching, aimed at enhancing the vocal skills and communication techniques of our retail staff. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for voice training and a strong understanding of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Training Sessions: Support the Lead Voice Coach in conducting training sessions focused on vocal techniques, articulation, and effective communication strategies for retail staff.
- Develop Training Materials: Collaborate in the creation and updating of training materials, including handouts, exercises, and instructional videos that cater to various learning styles.
- Conduct Individual Assessments: Participate in one-on-one assessments of staff members to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding vocal delivery and customer interaction.
- Provide Feedback and Support: Offer constructive feedback to trainees, helping them to implement new techniques and improve their overall communication skills in a retail environment.
- Monitor Progress: Track the progress of participants over time, documenting improvements and areas needing further development, while preparing reports for management review.
- Engage in Role-Playing: Facilitate role-playing exercises to simulate real customer interactions, allowing staff to practice and enhance their vocal and interpersonal skills in a supportive environment.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in voice coaching, customer service, and retail practices to continuously improve training programs and methodologies.
- Assist in Events and Workshops: Help organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication.
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with store managers and team leaders to align voice coaching efforts with broader business goals and customer service strategies.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Performing Arts, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, customer service training, or related fields in a retail environment is required.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with various voice coaching techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
