Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Analytics Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, data analysis, and digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement web analytics strategies to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and website traffic
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing efforts
- Monitor website performance, user behavior, and traffic patterns to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to track key performance indicators and metrics
- Provide regular reports and updates on web analytics performance to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and digital marketing
- Lead and mentor junior members of the analytics team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing web analytics strategies
