We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Analytics Manager to join our Aerospace and Defense company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing website data and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall website performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement web analytics strategies to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Utilize various web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization to improve website usability, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web analytics to ensure our company remains competitive in the digital space.
- Provide recommendations for A/B testing, SEO optimization, and other strategies to improve website performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven track record of interpreting data and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
