We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings and events, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of weddings and events hosted by our Real Estate company
- Coordinate with vendors, such as florists, caterers, and photographers, to ensure all aspects of the event are planned and executed seamlessly
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the event
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for each event
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients to ensure all details are in place
- Assist in managing event timelines and schedules
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
- [Random number] years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
