Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant. This position is based in Abu Dhabi and falls under the Education sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, particularly in the realm of weddings, and will be eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the lead Wedding Planner in all aspects of wedding planning and coordination
- Liaising with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
- Researching and sourcing vendors, venues, and other services for weddings
- Assisting with budget management and tracking expenses
- Coordinating logistics and ensuring all details are in place for the event
- Providing on-site support during weddings and events
- Managing communication with clients and vendors to ensure smooth planning process
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities for the wedding planning services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- [X] years of experience in event planning, preferably in the wedding industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event planning software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's wedding industry and vendors is a plus
