We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Manager to join our Real Estate team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wellness programs and services within our properties to promote a healthy and positive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to improve the overall health and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with property management team to create a wellness calendar of events, workshops, and classes.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs.
- Provide individualized wellness consultations and support to residents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to offer additional wellness services.
- Manage the wellness budget and ensure programs are cost-effective.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest wellness trends and research to continuously improve programs.
- Promote wellness initiatives through marketing and communication efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Wellness Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wellness management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid preferred.
- Knowledge of holistic health practices and alternative therapies.
- Experience working in a Real Estate setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
