Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Wellness Manager to oversee and enhance the health and wellness programs within our educational institution in Ajman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and wellness, coupled with experience in educational settings, to foster a supportive environment that promotes the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive wellness programs tailored to the needs of students and staff, focusing on physical health, mental well-being, and emotional resilience.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and health professionals to identify wellness needs and promote healthy lifestyles within the school community.
- Conduct assessments and surveys to gauge the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make data-driven decisions to enhance programming.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events that promote health education, stress management, nutrition, and physical fitness.
- Oversee the school’s mental health resources, ensuring accessibility and promoting awareness of available support services.
- Liaise with local health organizations and community resources to create partnerships that enhance wellness opportunities for students and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate wellness program outcomes and prepare reports for school administration, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Train and support staff in wellness-related initiatives, fostering a culture of health and well-being within the educational environment.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in wellness and education, integrating innovative approaches to enhance program effectiveness.
- Manage wellness-related budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in wellness management, health promotion, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of wellness theories, practices, and interventions, particularly in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with mental health first aid and crisis intervention strategies is a plus.
- Proficient in using technology and software for program management and reporting.
