We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Buyer to join our team in Dubai within the construction industry. As the Wine Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and purchasing wines for our construction projects and events.

Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential wine suppliers and distributors
- Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases
- Selecting wines that meet the quality standards and preferences of our clients
- Monitoring market trends and staying up-to-date on industry developments
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely deliveries
- Collaborating with the events team to create wine lists for special occasions
- Conducting tastings and evaluations to assess the quality of wines
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to alcohol purchases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience as a Wine Buyer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of wines, regions, and vintages
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
